What exactly are your products?
We specialize in raw botanical ingredients—specifically ethnobotanicals. These are plants traditionally used for cultural, ceremonial, or wellness purposes. Please research any herb thoroughly before purchasing, as we do not provide usage instructions.
I’m new to these products. What should I do?
If you’re new to the world of ethnobotanicals, we strongly recommend doing your own research first. Consider speaking with the person who referred you, or consult reliable sources. As a policy, we cannot provide guidance on use.
Do you ship the same day?
Most orders placed before 11 AM (PST) ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
Do you ship on Saturdays?
No, we do not typically ship on weekends.
Do you ship on holidays?
No, we do not ship on major or federally recognized holidays.
Where’s my order?
We ship via USPS. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, and it appears lost, we may consider reshipping. Please plan ahead, as occasional postal delays are outside of our control.
What if I don’t like your products?
No problem. We offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges on eligible returns. Please refer to our Terms of Service for return policy details.
Can I return products for a full refund?

What happens to returned products?
Returned items are either discarded or donated. We never resell returned products.
