What are your products exactly?
We specialize in the sale of raw botanical ingredients, more specifically ethnobotanicals. Please thoroughly research the herbs you are about to buy as we do not provide any instructions with our products.

I’m new to these products what should I do?
If you are new to the ethnobotanical world, we recommend doing as much research as you can before deciding if it is something you. Maybe talk to the person who might have recommended you to our company. As we cannot provide you with any instructions.

Do you ship the same day?
Yes, as long as the order was placed before 11AM (MST). We will ship that same day.

Do you ship Saturdays?
Typically yes we do as long as your order was placed before 11 AM (MST) it should still go out that day. However, sometimes we do take Saturdays off. So please check the very top front of the page, we communicate any irregularities directly on the front page.

Do you ship on holidays?
We ship every day the post office is open and since the post office is closed on every federally recognized holiday. So no we do not.

Where’s my order?
We ship USPS and they often deliver orders within 2 to 5 business days. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days we will reship your order for you. If you simply did not receive a tracking number, e-mail us and we will resend it to you.

What if I don’t like your products?
This has never happened or at least we were never made aware of it but that is why you should always start off with smaller quantities and find out firsthand before buying bulk. But if you don’t like it. That’s perfectly fine. We do offer store credit on returns if you weren’t satisfied with our product(s) as long as you meet the qualifications of our terms of service policies.

Can I return your products for a full refund?
We offer full refunds on returned items which have not been used or opened. However, if 80{30c504b05291600f8845d7e663ed1ba04c240a43e2b4d98a21eae91f1e1a4a5f} of the returned item(s) content remains on a used/opened returned we can offer you store credit for your purchase. We will not, however, issue a refund on our shipping costs and any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. For more information please check out our terms of service policies.

What will you do with your returned products?
We never get returns but if we do I would imagine we would donate the products to someone who could use them as we can not or will not re-sell opened and or tampered products.

Do you offer free samples?
No. We do not offer free samples. We include free samples with every purchase and we have a small sample pack for as little as $9 plus shipping.

However, if placing an order feel free to make sample requests. We almost always include free samples with every purchase so you are welcome to specify what you would like to try.

I’m a local, can I pick up an order?
No, sorry not at this moment. But we do deliver to anyone in the Kingman, AZ area.
