Our products do not come with instructions and are sold as raw botanicals ingredients intended for research and/or aromatherapy purposes only. We will not be held responsible for any misuse or abuse of our products. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease. When researching ethnobotanicals and their potential medicinal value please consult with a healthcare physician first.
We do not ship our products to the following locations; Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Indiana, Vermont, Arkansas, Alabama, Tennessee, Jerseyville (IL), Ontario (OR), Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Union City (MS), and Washington DC.
Terms of Service
1. AGE – Goods may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. Our products are intended and sold only to adults.
2. USE – Our products do not come with instructions they are sold for research and/or aromatherapy purposes only. We will not be held responsible for any misuse of our products.
3. REFUSAL OF SALE – We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer or potential buyer, for any reason.
5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY – The purpose of this Terms and Conditions agreement is to alleviate the seller from any and all liability arising out of any injury or other damage caused by the purchase, use or misuse of the goods. By purchasing the goods, you are here making the following affirmative representation(s):
a. I am over 18 and an adult under the laws of my State and Country.
b. I am in good health and capable of making my own decisions.
c. In no event will seller be liable to me or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by misuse or improper use of the goods, or action taken by me in reliance on information or views either verbal or in literature purchased or obtained through seller or for any incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages.
6. REFUND POLICY – I am aware that all sales are final, however, if the goods have not been opened or tampered, the goods may be returned for a refund. If the goods appear opened, used or tampered the refund will be declined. Store credit may be issued on any used/opened returned goods when a minimum of 80{30c504b05291600f8845d7e663ed1ba04c240a43e2b4d98a21eae91f1e1a4a5f} of the content remains. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return fees are the buyer’s responsibility. I understand that the seller guarantees the quality of the products, but quality nor third-party opinion doesn’t ensure my personal preference and satisfaction with the product. It is recommended that I sample any product before purchasing a large quantity.
