At Herbal Mind, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable service—most of our customers receive their orders within 2 to 3 business days! However, once your package is shipped via USPS, it’s beyond our control.
How You Can Help Ensure Fast Delivery
- Double-check your shipping address. If you’ve recently moved, be sure to submit a USPS change-of-address form.
- Order before our cutoff times: 11 AM MST / 10 AM PST / 1 PM CST / 2 PM EST. Orders placed after will likely ship the next business day.
- Choose Priority Mail. While no delivery timeline can be guaranteed, Priority Mail typically arrives a day sooner than First-Class.
- Plan ahead around USPS holidays. Postal services may be delayed during federal holidays—see the 2025 holiday schedule below.

What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed
If you’ve followed our tips and still experience a delay, we sincerely apologize. Delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Misrouted or unscannable labels
- Logistical issues—such as sorting or transit errors
Most delayed packages still arrive safely—just a bit late. For peace of mind, we recommend keeping a backup supply of your favorite tea to avoid last-minute runs or overpriced alternatives.
